Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy
This Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Ravide Nutrition LLP at https://ravidenutrition.com/.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer permitted.

2. Returns
We strive to deliver high-quality nutritional products. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, returns and exchanges are not accepted for opened or used items. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received in damaged or defective condition.
- Product expired at the time of delivery.
Return conditions:
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to ravidewellness@gmail.com with the order details and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
3. Refunds
- Refund requests will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Partial refunds may be issued for products not returned in their original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error, or missing parts.
- Refunds may be denied if the request is submitted after the 48-hour window or if adequate proof of the issue is not provided.
4. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or expired product).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay in processing cancellations, returns, or refunds caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or disruptions in transport or payment systems.
6. Governing Law
This Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
